Arrived at above property address and was informed that leak on heating system.
The plumber had been out and isolated the tank in the roof space.
Obvious dampness in bedrooms 1 and 2 neighbouring each other.
Used Air to clear system of water and found noise in bedroom 2 in corner.
Dung down and located leak on 3/4 inch tee to 1/2 inch coming off it.
Fitted stop end and stopped leak unit in bedroom 1 to be removed and correct repair carried out by plumber to get the radiator in the bedroom going.
Areas Damaged:
Bedroom 1 = walls paint plaster carpet
Bedroom 1= walls paint plaster solid oak flooring built-in units.
Other Comments:
Advise for the built-in unit to be professionally removed so a correct
repair can be carried out by a plumber and an inhibitor to be added to the system.
